Booking Venue: We will scour the city for the best venue taking into consideration location, number of guests, access to amenities, etc.
Design: We will work with you to come up with the right theme and colour scheme for your event
Decorating: Our decorators will take the agreed upon theme and bring it to life.
Photography: We have a number of photographers that we work with who are very talented and take great pictures
Catering: We work with a number of catering providers in the GTA offering various cuisines.
Dinnerware Rental: We want your event to be luxurious. So we offer porcelain dinner plates, side plates and bowls with stainless steel cutlery as well as utensils for serving up the delicious food our caterers have provided.
Glass Rental: We also offer both water/juice glasses and wine glasses for rental
Chafing Dishes: If the venue does not offer any onsite kitchen facility, we can provide chafing dishes so your guests can enjoy a hot meal buffet style
PA Rental: You want your guests to hear the MC and the DJ, we provide speakers, amplifiers and microphones for rental. In addition, a technician will setup the PA system and if needed will operate the mixing console during the event.
DJ: We have a number of DJs available who specialize in various types of music
Visual Rentals: If you are giving a presentation or require visual elements for your event, we can source large-screen televisions or projectors
Licenses: If you intend on serving alcohol - either as a gratuity or a cash bar - we will secure the necessary licenses from the AGCO
Cleanup: When the event is over and your happy guests return home, we will stay behind to make sure the venue is cleaned and returned to its original state
